We stopped by KRISPY KREME for some coffee, donuts & iced tea after an hour of store-hopping in Marquee Mall last weekend.
I was already into my second sip of my cup of Cafe Americano when I saw the universal recycling symbol printed on the brown cup sleeve.
It read : "This cup is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. Reuse it with your next cup for greener good."
Kudos to Krispy Kreme for taking this step to help shrink our environmental footprint. Instead of the usual disposable cardboard cozies, they opted for this reusable cup sleeve.
I hope other local coffee places follow suit. :)
