I have heard so much about KAPITOLYO being a haven of restaurants. We had the chance to dine in a couple of them two Sundays ago while my eldest was at her close friend's birthday lunch.
Our first stop was NOMAMA Artisanal Ramen in Capitol Commons.
This ramen house with modern interiors offers Japanese cuisine with 'a twist' & of course, artisanal (handcrafted) ramen.
Aside from these three flavorful ramen dishes we tried -
the spicy Korea Town ramen,
the prawn ramen,
we also had for starters, the mushroom gyoza (shiitake, oyster, button & shimaji mushrooms)
& the tuna & avocado (sushi grade tuna loin, avocado, ponzu & mizuna leaf).
As is always our habit, we would spend our after-meal bonding time in a coffee place. And this is where we discovered EPIC COFFEE ROASTERY within the Kapitolyo, Pasig area.
The brick walls, wood panels, shelves , table & chair sets, tiled floors & blackboard menu board make it such a homey place to take your coffee/tea breaks & be with family & friends. :)
Our cups of coffee & tea
were paired with this slice of strawberry cheesecake which had the right amount of delightful sweetness I want. :)

There's another branch of Nomama na pala. We used to eat at their Timog branch. Looks like it's time to revisit since I saw some new items from their menu. :)
ReplyDeleteHi badet! Yup, meron na sa pasig, discovered it by accident. Fave ko pa rin talaga yung veggie gyoza & the tuna & avocado. ;)
DeleteThe invasion of the ramen and gyoza!!! But I'm actually more interested with the Epic Coffee Roastery, I love the interiors :)
