[break the fast healthily]

These are some of my healthy breakfast choices: low-fat fresh milk, oat bran cereal, orange juice, whole wheat pancakes, maple syrup-brown sugar-flavored oatmeal 

to balance out the milk teas

& the decadent ice cream bars

I have been taking in for the last month or so.

How about you? Are you also into eating  healthy, nutrient-laden breakfast? Or are the fried rice-meat or fish combos still too hard too resist?
