Two Fridays ago, coffee time in a quaint diner somewhere in QC became a happy accident. Hubby, Kirsten & I spent a good couple of hours there while Jill was in a dance concert/fundraising activity nearby. I have heard a lot about STACY's from friends & I am glad we got to try it out that night.
It is a cheerful place to dine in, with the interiors speaking for itself - white-washed walls, country-style furniture, vintage French chandeliers & pretty buntings as adornments.
The chairs & ottomans give out that Cath Kidston vibe. ;)
The ceramic plates are in happy colors & patterns.
The table centerpiece is a small bunch of flowers tied with a gingham ribbon. A juice bottle has been re-purposed as a vase.
The brown & white sugar to sweeten the coffee are in colored glass jars with clip lids.
We had the banoffee pie
& mocha sans rival
paired with hot Japanese Sencha tea poured out from a nesting ceramic pot in polka dots pattern
& a hot cup of cappuccino.
Visit STACY's in their 2 branches: Capitol Green Street in Capitol Hills, QC & Rizal Drive in BGC.
