[ramen X]

Over the weekend, we had our ramen fix at Ramen X, its first branch located at the Trinoma Mall. Three more branches are due to open in the next two months: Alabang Town Center in March, Centris Mall & Lucky Chinatown Mall, both in April.

I really like japanese-inspired interiors - black, white & natural wood. Look at the cute manga drawings on the mirrored wall & the black pendant lamps over the long dining table with matching benches.

Unlimited rice offer for the rice bowls, but we didn't take it.

Since the four of us were more into eating noodles, we just ordered these (plus the fried gyoza)

Overall, it was a delicious eating experience. Truly authentic Japanese. But we are still missing the noodles we had at HK. For us, nothing beats those...
