[healthy RICE MEAL]

The first time hubby & I had a taste of this rice meal, we knew we will be having this every time we're in  PANCAKE HOUSE.

This dish is one of two brown rice meals from their Fiber Rich Cuisine options.





The Spicy Chicken Fillet with Brown Rice Pilaf is a healthy dish, packed with only 246 calories.* The flavorful brown rice pilaf is paired with tender chicken paillard in garlic cream mayo garnishing plopped with chopped parsley & lemon wedge. 

If you are not into eating chicken, you can choose the Salmon Cakes with Brown Rice Tabbouleh, crunchy salmon cakes cooked to perfection topped with alfalfa sprouts in a spread of brown rice tabbouleh garnished with dill mayo & chopped parsley.
