Today, Jill & I had our first taste of the newest artisanal gelato in town.
BONO is a small place tucked in the corner of the SM Makati department store near the escalator & right across Cafe France.
We ordered the pistachio & movie night flavors at Php 130.00 each.
My 'pistachio' was loaded with real pistachio nuts while Jill's 'movie night' was filled with caramel-dipped potato chips. They were served on paper cups with wafer crisps.
There was a flavor of the month offering, 'baci' the dark-choco + toasted hazelnuts + nutella-flavored one which is only Php 100.00 a cup. But we passed up on this. Maybe next time.
I like the look of the place with its red & white interiors.
